Our story
Our team was formed in response to Hurricane Helene as she swept through our first home in Biltmore Village. Her flood waters reached the roofline of our old workplace, washing away walls, creating a cereal bowl of mud and furniture out of the beautifully curated showroom.
As saddened as we were to see the devastating damage Helene brought, we as a team and community are determined to return stronger and better than ever in our new iteration as Grounded Interiors. Our partnership is driven by a shared vision to revive a space that combines beautiful design, customer-driven service, and affordability, which we know the community appreciates.
If you thought we looked familiar, it may be because we are the former Dwellings employees - store manager, Sara Wolf, designers and furniture pros Casey Butt and Luci Cantey, as well as Warehouse guru James Carroll. We couldn't imagine working anywhere else, with any other team. And we can't wait to see you at Grounded Interiors.
