From space planning and furniture selection to the final installation, your designer will work with you to bring your vision to life.
Discovery Call
Book an in-store consultation or discovery call with one of our designers. Here you'll chat one-on-one with a designer to discuss your inspiration, ideal timeline, budget, and overall scope of the project.
Home Consultation
During your home consultation a designer will visit your space to gather photos and measurements. She will also dive deeper to understand the function and vision for your space.
Showroom Visit
Following your in home consultation, your designer will prepare a presentation containing mood boards, floor plans, and/or renderings to be reviewed together in our Design Studio. This is the fun part! She will provide suggested furniture pieces upholstered to fit your lifestyle. Durning this presentation you will make your selections and place an order for your curated furniture pieces.
White Glove Delivery
Since our upholstery is Made to Order and crafted right here in NC, there is typically a 4-8 week lead time. Once your order is ready, someone from our Warehouse crew will give you a call to schedule your delivery. They'll be equipped with the floor plans and presentation to ensure each item is placed where it's intended.
If your designer is not on your delivery, she will follow up shortly after your install to make sure you're satisfied with your new space
